Shipping and delivery
All orders are shipped in bottle packaging, we use DPD, Bpost, Postnl, DHL.
The bottles are securely packaged and shipped insured.
All shipments have a Track & Trace code, which will be sent to you automatically.

Please note: Track & Trace emails may end up in your SPAM/junk folder.
Delivery time
If your products are in stock, they will be packed and shipped immediately. Delivery times from this point onward are determined by Bpost/DPD. This can take 1-3 days. In exceptional cases, it may take a little longer.
Delivery time may also differ on public holidays.
Returns
Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving their order. Within this period, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the items to us.
Products that are specially ordered for you cannot be returned. returns as we also have to order these especially for you.
Personalized products that are engraved or printed, for example, are excluded from the right of return. Of course, the items must be undamaged and unopened.
Vintage Champagnes such as Dom Perignon and Krug are non-returnable. Specific storage conditions are required to keep vintage champagnes in good condition. Therefore, these drinks cannot be returned.
