San Luis Potosí
An oneiric treasure
Clase Azul Mezcal San Luis Potosí is made from green agave (Agave salmiana), an agave variety originating from the semi-desert slopes and plains of San Luis Potosí. In its natural environment, the plant is considered mature when it is approximately 12 years old and nearly five meters tall. Growth and maturity depend on factors such as temperature, soil composition, and the availability of water in the environment. A unique mezcal profile is the result of a process consisting of slow steam cooking, double milling with a tahona, and distilling in traditional copper stills.
