Our hops come exclusively from Hallertau, the world's largest hop-growing region, just north of Munich.
We use two carefully selected aroma hop varieties: Hallertauer Tradition, known for its classic and refined hop character, and Hallertauer Smaragd, prized for its fresh, citrusy aromas.
Together, they provide the subtle elegance and exceptionally smooth drinkability that characterize NOAM.
NOAM reinterprets the Bavarian brewing tradition with a contemporary, luxurious feel.
