De Lossy Rosé

Every bottle of De Lossy is crafted with care and respect for nature, from the most respectful farming practices of our select growers to the most innovative practices of our talented winemakers.

Our 161st vintage Rosé focuses on bringing the strength and generosity of Pinot Noir. This blended Rosé is carefully crafted with a beautiful red wine from Verzenay Pinot Noir from 2021. In any year with some climatic setbacks, you'll either be disappointed or find the most exceptional fruit that, against all odds, has remained vibrant.

Thanks to the serious efforts made to carefully select individual grape bunches during the traditional hand harvest, our winemakers are able to achieve exceptionally fresh and bright flavours.

However challenging and time-consuming that task may be, if you focus solely on finding the exceptional and ignore volume limitations or restrictions, you can produce exceptional wines in most years. It does, however, require a highly coordinated approach with our vineyard teams and the acceptance that we will occasionally reject more grapes than we keep. That's the price we pay for consistently superior quality.
